iS Clinical's full-strength retinol — a fast-acting, age-defying formula built on 1.0% botanical-origin retinol stabilized with Bakuchiol, additional botanical boosters, antioxidants, and Extremozymes. It does what a high-strength retinol should do without the textbook redness, peeling, and downtime.
Retinol remains the most clinically proven topical for fine lines, wrinkles, texture, tone, and skin firmness. The 1.0 strength is for clients who have already built tolerance — those of you graduating up from a 0.3, or coming over from a prescription retinoid you've used for years.
Why we carry it
This is the bottle we move clients to once their skin has shown us it can handle the 0.3. We also stock it for clients who've been on prescription tretinoin for years and want a clean-counter alternative without the recurring derm visits. For our ProCell and microneedling clients, this is part of the long-term maintenance protocol — we pause it 5–7 days before treatment, restart 7–10 days after. If you're doing the work in the office, this is the bottle that compounds it at home.

How to use
- Use only at night, on clean dry skin. Apply a pea-size amount to face and neck.
- Start 2 nights a week, build to nightly over 4–6 weeks.
