The five styles

From quietly natural to fully maxed.

Every set starts with a consultation. Your artist maps your natural lash line, eye shape, and lifestyle — then recommends a style that flatters all three. Whatever style fits you best is the one we'll do.

Classic

One extension per natural lash.

The perfect introduction. Clean lengthening and definition without a noticeable change in fullness — like a really good mascara, on permanently. Best for first-timers or anyone who wants subtle.

Classic +

Wispy hybrid using thin volume fans (2–3 lashes).

A light hybrid set — classic singles paired with delicate fans for a soft, wispy look. More texture and softness than Classic, lighter than a full Hybrid.

Hybrid

A full combination of Classic + Volume lashes.

Dense, dimensional, fuller coverage. Our most-booked style — flatters most eye shapes and natural lash patterns when you want the put-together look without going full Volume.

Volume

Advanced handmade fans (2–5 extensions per lash).

Soft, fluffy, full. The look people associate with great lash sets. Each fan is built by hand at the chair — lightweight enough for daily wear, dramatic enough for events.

Mega Volume

Newer, advanced technique with maximum density (8–15+ fan).

The most dramatic style we offer. Built with our finest-diameter lashes so density never compromises lash health. Best for clients who want a true statement.

Transparent pricing

Three artist tiers. Pick what fits.

Same products, same training standards across every tier. The price difference reflects an artist's experience and booking demand — not the quality of the work.

Your first appointment

What to expect.

  • 1. Consultation + mapping

Your artist studies your natural lash health, eye shape, and what you want to walk out looking like. They'll map a custom design directly onto under-eye gel pads — every length, curl, and density placement is intentional.

  • 2. Application

You lie back with eyes closed (most clients nap). Your artist isolates each natural lash and bonds the extension at the base — never on the skin. Full sets take 2 to 3 hours depending on style and density.

  • 3. Reveal + aftercare

We brush, separate, photograph, and walk you through aftercare. You'll leave with a spoolie, your retention timeline, and your fill schedule already on the books.

Aftercare basics

Make them last.

First 24 hours: no water on the lashes, no steam, no oil-based products near the eyes. The adhesive needs time to fully cure.

Daily: brush gently with the spoolie we send you home with. Sleep on your back when you can. Use only oil-free makeup remover around the eyes.

Avoid: waterproof mascara, eyelash curlers, anything oil-based on the lash line. Rubbing your eyes is the fastest way to lose a set early.

Fills every 2–3 weeks keep your set looking like new. We'll book yours before you leave.

Questions you'll probably have

FAQ

Will extensions damage my natural lashes?

Not when applied properly. We use medical-grade adhesive, lash diameters chosen specifically for your natural lash strength, and isolate every single natural lash before bonding an extension. Damage almost always comes from poor application elsewhere — not from extensions themselves. Our team is trained to refuse a set or recommend a lighter style when natural lashes can't safely support what you're asking for.

How long do they last?

A set lasts indefinitely with regular fills every 2–4 weeks. Without fills, your natural lash shed cycle (every 60–90 days) gradually thins the set out. Most clients come in every 2–3 weeks, though some stretch to 4 weeks between fills. With consistent fills you never go without a full set.

Do you take walk-ins or same-day appointments?

We're appointments only — but you can always call or text the day of and we'll check live availability. If we've had a cancellation, we'll get you in. If your timing is tight, our Junior Artist tier usually has more next-day openings than Senior or Owner tiers. Text us at (619) 415-6677.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

50% deposit at booking, applied to your service balance the day of. Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours notice: deposit transfers to your next appointment, no fee. Less than 24 hours notice: deposit is forfeited (50% of service total). No-shows: full service total charged to card on file. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that we may need to reschedule. Full details on our Policies page.

What's the difference between the three artist tiers?

Same training standards, same products, same studio protocols. Junior Artists are newer to our team but fully certified — great choice if you want excellent work at our entry price point. Senior Artists have years of in-studio experience and are our most-booked tier. Jamie (Owner) sets the highest tier and books fastest because of demand.

Can I request a specific artist?

Absolutely — you can book directly with any artist by name through our online booking. If your first choice isn't available when you need to come in, our team will offer the next-best fit at the same tier (or pricing-adjusted if you go up or down a tier). Many clients prefer to be flexible and let us match you with whoever's open in your style and price range.

How do I pick a style?

Bring inspo photos if you have them — or just trust the consultation. Your artist will look at your natural lash density, eye shape, and lifestyle (gym? beach? makeup-heavy?) and recommend the best fit. Hybrid is our most popular for first-timers because it suits almost everyone. If you're not sure, book the consultation and we'll figure it out together.

Can I switch styles between fills?

Yes — but going up in density (Classic to Volume, for example) usually requires a full set rather than a fill, since the placement pattern is different. Going down (Volume to Hybrid, say) can sometimes be done at a fill appointment. Mention it when you book and we'll plan time accordingly.

What if I have an existing set from another studio?

Welcome. We'll do a brief assessment at your first fill to make sure the existing application meets our standards. Sometimes that means a removal + fresh full set; sometimes we can fill what's there. We'll give you the honest call before doing any work.

Do you offer half sets?

We don't offer half sets — only full sets and fills. Our mapping technique relies on even distribution across the entire lash line, which is what gives our work its longevity and that put-together look. A half set would compromise both the symmetry and the retention. If you want to try extensions without committing to a full Volume or Mega set, we'd recommend starting with a Classic full set instead.

Going on vacation or have a special event coming up? Ask about our mini fill — available within 7 days of your last fill for a quick refresh before you go. Mention it when you book.

How do I remove them when I'm done?

Always come in for professional removal — never pick or pull. Removal is $30 standalone, or +$30 added to any new full set. Takes about 20 minutes and protects your natural lash line.
