Directions: Shake well with cap closed before each use. If the tip feels dry or dirty, wipe it off with a wet tissue before use. Recommended to be stored horizontally on flat surface. If eyeliner is not flowing well, shake well and place the pen tip-side down for a few minutes, or apply a few strokes on hand until a smooth flow is achieved.
