I started doing lashes in 2011 out of my sister’s tattoo parlor in El Cajon — back when extensions were so new the California state board didn’t know how to regulate them. I went to esthetician school for the license, not to learn lashes. I taught myself the craft by doing it.

By 2013, I opened my own suite next door, then moved into the Bay Park flagship in 2017 — the first dedicated home for what became San Diego Lashes. La Jolla opened in 2024 as a curated collective of independent practitioners working alongside our team.

What started as one chair has grown into a clean, professional beauty brand — two studios, a practitioner collective, an in-house training program, and a clean lifting chemistry brand my own clients use. None of the expansion was the plan. All of it came from the same place: a refusal to compromise on what gets put on a client’s face, and a refusal to stop innovating in clean beauty.
