Most suite rentals hand you four walls and wish you luck. We’re a working studio — Bay Park and La Jolla — and when our books overflow, we route clients to renters who match. You walk in on day one with a calendar that’s already moving, in a building people in San Diego already know how to find.

    Your choice. We can outfit it for you or leave it blank for your gear.

A block from the village and two blocks from the cove, on a walkable street that already draws clients who pay for premium beauty work. The building shares space with a working lash studio, so the foot traffic is built in.

The terms

Month-to-month. Real conversation.

Rates depend on the space (suite vs booth, La Jolla vs Bay Park) and what you need bundled in. We’d rather walk you through the actual numbers in person than list a generic rate that doesn’t fit your situation.

No annual lease. 30 days’ notice either way. Standard security deposit applies.

FAQ

How quickly can I move in?

As soon as the suite is ready and your paperwork is in. Typically within a week of signing.

What do I need to bring?

Your license, insurance, and the equipment specific to your service. The rest of the room is set up.

Can I bring my own clients?

Yes — they're yours. The overflow pipeline is on top of whatever you already have.

Is the lease really month-to-month?

Yes. 30 days' notice either way. We'd rather have renters who want to be here.

Do I need my own booking system?

No, but you can keep using one if you want. We can also route SDL's overflow to your calendar if it makes sense.

What about insurance?

You'll need your own professional liability insurance. We can point you at the carriers our other renters use.
