A delicate enhancement to the lash line — soft definition, not a thick liquid liner. For naturally light lashes that should read fuller, or anyone who wears eyeliner every day and would rather wake up with it.

How the second session works.

Every PMU service heals in two phases. The first session lays the foundation; the second session refines the result. Below is the standard schedule that applies across all our PMU services.

  • Second Session

    Brows $150 · Lip Blush $200 · 2–6 months after first session

    Required to lock in the final result. Your second session must happen between 2 and 6 months from your initial appointment. After 6 months, the second session is billed at full-price service.

  • Annual Refresher

    From $300 · once a year after Year 1

    Maintains color, shape, and definition. Annual refreshers keep your work looking fresh year over year. Lip Blush and Eyeliner: every 1–2 years instead of annually.

  • After 2+ Years

    Full-price new service

    If more than two years have passed since your last appointment, the work is treated as a brand new service at full price — pigment fades and skin changes enough that touch-up pricing no longer applies.

 

What to expect

  • 1. Free consultation

    Before we ever pick up a needle, you sit down with your PMU artist for a complimentary consultation. We assess your skin, discuss the look you want, map the shape on your face, and confirm we're the right fit for what you're hoping to achieve.

  • 2. First session

    Mapping, numbing, and the procedure itself. Most appointments run 2–3 hours. You'll see the result immediately — though the color will look more intense than the final healed result.

  • 3. Healing (4–8 weeks)

    The epidermis settles in the first 4–6 weeks. Full healing happens by week 6–8. The pigment will go through a “ghost” phase where it looks lighter than expected — this is normal and reverses as the skin finishes healing.

  • 4. Second session

    2–6 months after your first session, we refine the work — perfecting shape, density, and color. After this you're set for about a year before your annual refresher.

 

Important to know

Studio policies.

  • 48-hour reschedule notice

    If you need to reschedule your PMU appointment, we require 48 hours of notice. This protects the time we've blocked off for you and lets us offer the slot to clients on our waitlist.

  • No pets or children

    Our PMU room is a fully sterile environment. For safety and sterility, no pets or children may accompany you on the day of your service. Please plan accordingly when booking.

  • Two-year rule

    If more than two years have passed since your last PMU appointment with us, the work is treated as a brand-new service at full price — not a touch-up. Skin and pigment change enough over that window that we have to start fresh.

FAQ

How do I know which procedure is right for me?

Book a free consultation. Your PMU artist will assess your skin type, your existing brows or lips, and the look you want — then recommend the right procedure. As a rule of thumb: microblading for normal/dry skin and hair-stroke realism, powder brows for oily skin or a softer makeup look, combo for a mix of both, lip blush for color-deficient lips, eyeliner if you wear it daily anyway. We'll never push you into a procedure that isn't right for your skin.

How long does each procedure take?

Most first-session appointments run 2–3 hours including consultation, mapping, numbing, and the procedure itself. Lip Blush is closer to 3 hours. Eyeliner is the fastest at around 2 hours. Touch-up sessions are typically 1.5 hours.

Does it hurt?

We use professional-grade topical numbing throughout the entire procedure. Most clients describe the sensation as pressure or scratching rather than pain. Lip Blush tends to be the most sensitive of the procedures; eyeliner is generally the most comfortable. We check in constantly and reapply numbing as needed.

What's the healing process like?

The first 7–10 days you'll experience some flaking, scabbing, and color change — this is normal. The epidermis settles in the first 4–6 weeks. Full healing happens by week 6–8. Around week 2–3 the color will look lighter than expected (the “ghost” phase) — don't panic, this is the pigment settling. By the time of your second session at 2–6 months, the true color is what you'll see.

Is everyone a candidate for PMU?

Most adults are. We cannot perform PMU services on anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, currently using Accutane (or within the last year), undergoing chemotherapy, or with certain skin conditions in the treatment area. We screen for all of this at your free consultation. If you're not sure whether you qualify, book the consult — it's the right first step regardless.

Can you cover up old PMU work from another studio?

Sometimes. Powder Brows is the most flexible procedure for cover-up and color-correction over previous work. We'll evaluate the existing tattoo at your free consultation and tell you honestly whether we can cover/correct it, whether you'd benefit from removal first, or whether we need to wait for natural fading. Bring photos of how it currently looks.

How long does it last?

Brow procedures (microblading, powder, combo) typically last 1–3 years before significant fading begins, with annual refreshers keeping the look fresh year-over-year. Lip Blush and Eyeliner last 1–2 years between refreshers. Longevity varies based on skin type, sun exposure, and daily skincare — clients who use a lot of retinol or AHAs/BHAs near the treatment area will see faster fading.
